Course5 Intelligence completes fund raise of $53 million

Course5 Intelligence, an AI and analytics solutions firm, has completed a $53m fundraising round with the second close led by Nuvama Crossover Series of funds and participation from CarnelianAsset Advisors. The funding, which follows a May raising of $20m from 360 ONE Asset Management, will enable the creation of a mergers and acquisitions chest, valued at around $80m, and further investment in innovation initiatives from Course5’s AI Labs specialising in areas such as deep learning and Generative AI. The company intends to complete two acquisitions over the next year and is in talks with five potential businesses.
